The roles combine laboratory and manufacturing work with process development, scale-up, technology transfer, troubleshooting, validation, process improvement, and cross-functional technical guidance. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree with two years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant laboratory or process experience, along with experience in process development, scale-up, engineering, and validation. The fixed-term opportunities are based in Oslo and Lillestrøm and run until the end of 2027.
