The role involves reviewing biomarker discovery and quantitation requests, leading proteomics experiments, using omics platforms, performing hands-on LC-MS sample preparation and analysis, advancing proteomics workflows, and training colleagues. Candidates need a Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline, several years of hands-on experience with DIA workflows on a Thermo Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer, and expertise in mass spectrometry platforms and analysis software.
