Description
The Quality Scientist independently manages testing, technical transfer, and advanced troubleshooting of protein-based immunoassays; investigates non-conforming products; leads high-impact quality projects; and may supervise others. The role includes statistical and data analysis, material review board facilitation, CAPA and deviation management, SOP and specification development, and cross-functional technical presentations. A bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience are required, with supervisory experience desired. The annual base salary is $78,100 to $116,200, with medical, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, and other benefits.
