Description
Spear Bio is hiring a Scientist/Senior Scientist, Assay Development to design, optimize, troubleshoot, and transfer ultrasensitive protein-detection assays for low-abundance biomarkers. The role covers antibody and protein-reagent development, conjugation chemistry, reaction kinetics, analytical characterization, experimental design, and mechanistic troubleshooting. Candidates should have a relevant Ph.D., hands-on immunoassay or molecular-diagnostics experience, strong experimental and analytical skills, and evidence of scientific contributions. The position is onsite five days per week in Woburn, Massachusetts, with candidates expected to be based in the Greater Boston area or able to relocate.
