L3Harris is hiring a Scientist, Systems Engineer in Palm Bay, Florida to lead complex avionics and electronic hardware development programs. The role serves as technical authority across the full product lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, integration, verification, certification, customer engagements, and program execution, while leading cross-functional engineering teams and mentoring engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 10 years of related experience, or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
