L3Harris is hiring a Scientist, C4ISR Systems Solutions Architect for a three-year expat position in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role designs and modernizes C4ISR systems, including network-centric communications, battle management systems, data links, ISR data processing and fusion, interoperable architectures, and AI-enabled capabilities. Responsibilities include customer relationship ownership, requirements definition, vendor coordination, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 12 years of related experience or 10+ years with a master’s degree, 8+ years of C4ISR systems design experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance. It also requires approximately 50% business travel across the Middle East.
