Description
The SCM Operations and Performance Manager oversees end-to-end third-party logistics warehouse and supply chain operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, fulfillment, deliveries, returns, and reverse logistics. The role manages 3PL partners, monitors service levels and costs, develops performance dashboards and reports, and partners with Purchasing, Planning, Finance, Clinic Operations, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency and service quality. A bachelor's degree and at least five years of supply chain, warehouse, or logistics experience are required, with 2–3 years of 3PL provider management experience.
