Description
The role involves collecting and recording video of assigned players and showcases, setting up and uploading data through technologies such as Trackman and bat sensors, providing updates on Dominican Republic players, assisting with physical testing and assessments, coordinating tryouts, submitting reports, and maintaining compliance with MLB and Boston Red Sox scouting policies. The position requires a valid driver’s license, regular vehicle access, weekend and night availability, and the ability to work on multi-day trips.
