PADNOS is hiring a Scrap Scale Associate to inspect, grade, weigh, sort, record, and ship non-ferrous scrap materials while providing customer service. The role operates hi-lo, loader, and manual processing equipment, maintains inventory and work-area standards, and follows safety regulations. It follows a Monday-through-Saturday rotating first-shift schedule and requires customer service, multitasking, accuracy, teamwork, and inventory-control knowledge; six months of small-equipment experience is preferred.
