PADNOS is hiring a Scrap Scale Associate to inspect, grade, weigh, sort, record, and purchase non-ferrous customer scrap materials. The role also maintains inventory, supports packaging and shipping, operates processing equipment, and provides customer service. It follows a Monday–Saturday rotating first-shift schedule and requires customer service, multitasking, accuracy, teamwork, and inventory-control knowledge; six months of small-equipment experience is preferred.
