Central Specialties is hiring a full-time Scraper Operator to operate scrapers and other heavy equipment for earthmoving, grading, leveling, excavation, loading, and transporting materials on construction sites across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Iowa. The role requires heavy equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, mechanical and communication skills, physical endurance, and regular attendance and overtime. Compensation is $27.00-$46.00 depending on experience, with group health, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
