Description
The Print Operator 1 prepares garments for packaging and shipment, operates print machines and computer systems, sets up and aligns screens and plates, mixes inks, solves printing problems, applies print manually when needed, maintains production records, and coordinates with a supervisor. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills, two years of work experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding, fast-paced work including lifting up to 50 pounds alone and operating a pallet jack.
