Description
Trans-Tech is hiring a Technical Operator, Screen Print Operator, to set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic screen-printing machines, prepare printing materials, inspect screen-printed parts against tolerances, and meet a minimum run rate after training. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, visual acuity, English communication skills, and at least 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; prior screen-printing experience is preferred. The schedule is either the first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or the second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with training on the first shift.
