Description
The Screen Printer coordinates production orders, prepares materials, sets up and adjusts screen-printing equipment, troubleshoots production issues, tracks departmental inventory, maintains equipment, supports safety and quality procedures, and assists with training printers. The role also involves communication with coworkers and customers, production reporting, meeting deadlines, and physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for seven or more hours per shift.
