Description
The Screen Printer Loader sets up and calibrates screen-printing equipment, loads garments for production, checks garment alignment and quality, collaborates with the screen-printing team, maintains a clean work area, assists with equipment maintenance, and follows safety protocols. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and teamwork skills, and preferably prior screen-printing experience.
