Klarna is hiring a Screening Adjudication Expert to own the end-to-end operational health of sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening processes. The role includes personally reviewing alerts and high-risk cases, evaluating vendor output, improving screening processes through AI and automation, maintaining regulatory procedures, supporting audit and regulatory readiness, and training new team members. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on experience across sanctions, PEP, or adverse media investigations in fintech or banking, breadth across at least two disciplines, strong regulatory knowledge, and familiarity with screening tools.
