The Screening Supervisor supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders, rounds, reports, coverage, and emergency responses are followed. The role includes coaching and disciplining staff, training employees, preparing reports, coordinating with company management and client representatives, and may include performing Security Officer duties. It requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and two years of related experience, with retail experience preferred, and offers a wage of $24.00 per hour.
