McGard LLC is hiring a Screw Machine Operator for a second-shift, Monday-through-Friday schedule from 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. The role operates one or more six-spindle screw machines, sets and changes tools, loads bar stock, performs maintenance and inspections, weighs and spins chips, and completes time slips. The position pays $24.00–$29.00 per hour plus a 10% shift differential and may require overtime and Saturday work. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior lathe experience is required.
