Description

CACI is seeking a Scrum Coach with Agile methodology experience to lead a Dev/Ops development team supporting a customer application for The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) client in Bethesda, Maryland. Responsibilities include exhibiting Lean-Agile leadership, facilitating team progress towards goals, promoting SAFe quality practices, building high-performing teams, coordinating with other teams, and enabling organizational effectiveness.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years' experience in a scrum master role, leading Sprint Review and Planning events
6+ years’ experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning
6+ years’ experience leading multiple Scrum teams
6+ years’ experience leading software development life cycle projects
Preferred Qualifications: Professional Scrum Master Certification(s)
IT Infrastructure Architecture and Design Knowledge
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Knowledge
Experience leading financial application development teams
Experience leading teams implementing COTS applications
Experience leading teams implement data centric capabilities
Experience using Microsoft Project to manage schedules.
