Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional pods supporting a Department of Veterans Affairs enterprise acquisition system modernization. The role coordinates Scrum of Scrums, planning, ceremonies, risks, dependencies, sprint metrics, stakeholder demonstrations, and delivery forecasting while coaching Agile teams and mentoring practitioners. It requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree, five years of Agile delivery or software development experience including at least three years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting Federal government programs, and proficiency with Agile project management tools. The position may require up to 25% travel within the Continental United States and is contingent upon contract award.
