Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join its Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Tribe. The role focuses on Agile coaching, servant leadership, facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, stakeholder and Product Owner collaboration, delivery planning, governance, metrics analysis, risk and impediment management, continuous improvement, and coordination of testing, deployment, and integration. Candidates need 3–5 years of Scrum Master experience in Agile delivery squads, strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus professional-level English; Scrum certifications, large-scale Agile experience, technical fluency, cybersecurity or IAM knowledge, and regulated-environment experience are preferred.
