US Tech Solutions is hiring a ScrumMaster for a 12-month contract to facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage JIRA tasks, support product owners and squad formation, communicate with clients and stakeholders, track ServiceNow tickets, identify and mitigate risks, and monitor adoption and transformation progress. The role requires CSM or CSP certification, at least three years of recent ScrumMaster experience leading multiple Operational IT Scrum Teams, at least three years of recent IT operations experience, and knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow ITSM modules.
