Description
Exostar is hiring a Scrum Master to coach self-organizing Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track delivery metrics, remove blockers, support the Product Owner and Delivery Manager, and mentor teams toward higher Scrum maturity. The role requires daily use of AI assistants for ceremonies, documentation, retrospectives, and status reporting, along with strong Scrum, Agile, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills. The position also supports AI-first delivery practices and regulated delivery environments serving aerospace, defense, and life sciences customers.
