Red Arch Solutions is hiring a Scrum Master to lead Agile software development for an enterprise metadata and data tagging initiative supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency. The role provides operational leadership to cross-functional Data Engineering and DevSecOps teams, facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages sprint workflows, coordinates with cybersecurity and technical teams, supports CI/CD pipelines, and removes impediments. Candidates must hold active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph, have at least 12 years of experience leading Agile development teams in complex DoD or intelligence community programs, and possess current Scrum Master certification. The position offers a salary of $165,000–$190,000 and includes 100% paid employee healthcare premiums and other benefits.
