Description
Euroclear is hiring a Scrum Master for its Innovation tribe within IT to support one or more software delivery squads in a fast-paced Agile environment. The role serves as a facilitator and servant leader, coaching squads, Product Owners, and stakeholders; facilitating Scrum ceremonies; removing impediments, risks, and dependencies; supporting backlog readiness and prioritization; promoting delivery transparency and metrics; and driving continuous improvement, governance, and quality. Candidates should have strong Scrum and Agile knowledge, Scrum Master or Agile facilitation experience, excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, conflict-resolution, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence advantageous.
