Description
The organization is hiring a Scrum Master (m/f/d) for a nationwide role across Germany. The position is based at one of the organization's locations but is performed flexibly and mostly virtually from home, with occasional travel to various locations. The initial contract is limited to 24 months with the stated goal of long-term collaboration. The Scrum Master will establish and develop agile practices, coach teams, facilitate Scrum events, manage impediments, analyze agile metrics and KPIs, improve team velocity, and onboard team members. Applicants need a relevant university degree, at least two years of relevant agile-environment experience, several years of practical Scrum Master experience preferred, Scrum certification preferred, Jira and agile-metrics experience, strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, good English, and negotiation-proficient German at least C1.
