Description
The Scrum Master facilitates and coordinates Scrum events, supports agile development teams building medical devices and software, coaches Product Owners and stakeholders, removes impediments, and promotes continuous improvement while considering regulatory and quality requirements. The role collaborates with development, quality, Regulatory Affairs, and product management teams and requires a relevant degree, several years of Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience, knowledge of agile and regulated development practices, and strong German and English language skills.
