ALTEN is hiring a full-time Scrum Master in Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The role facilitates and coordinates Scrum events, supports agile development teams creating medical devices and software solutions, coaches teams and stakeholders, removes obstacles, promotes process improvement, and collaborates with development, quality, regulatory affairs, and product management teams. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience, knowledge of Scrum and related agile methods, familiarity with regulated development environments, and strong German and English language skills.
