Description

Amgen is hiring a Scrum Master for its Global Commercial Operations – Digital, Technology and Innovation team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on facilitating Agile and SAFe practices across sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, cross-team ceremonies, and PI planning to improve delivery, collaboration, and business outcomes. Candidates need a computer science or engineering background or equivalent experience, Scrum/SAFe certification, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, SDLC, DevOps, and test automation processes.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in computer science or engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or Diploma with extensive relevant experience
Required Previous Experiences: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of relevant work experience depending on education path
Preferred Qualifications: Certified SAFe Practitioner
Experience with Agile project management tools
Experience working with global, virtual teams
Strong English communication skills
Understanding of DevOps and test automation
