Description
Babble is hiring a full-time, office-based Scrum Master based in Kosovo to support Agile delivery across its Data and Technology teams. The role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coaches teams in Agile practices, removes delivery impediments, manages backlogs and delivery metrics, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need proven Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience, strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, and familiarity with Agile management tools; experience with data, cloud, DevOps, or scaled Agile environments is desirable. The role includes statutory pension provision, 20 days of statutory sick pay, and statutory maternity and paternity leave.
