Description
The Scrum Master will manage complex tasks and broader work assignments across multiple teams and projects, make tactical resource and operational decisions, oversee technology-focused project planning and execution, allocate resources, lead Program Increment and technical alignment meetings, participate in Agile Release Train activities, manage risks, interpret portfolio and team metrics, and champion continuous improvement. The role requires at least six years of Agile technology experience, knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple teams. It is based in Bangalore at Bagmane Tech Park and offers a hybrid 9:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule.
