Barclays is hiring a Scrum Master for its Digital LAB Segments & Propositions Risk and Control team in Knutsford (Radbroke Hall). The role focuses on enabling Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, improving team flow, supporting governance and risk controls, and collaborating with product, business, and technical stakeholders in a complex, regulated environment. The position requires strong Agile and Jira experience, coaching in Scrum/Kanban, and exposure to ART events and software development concepts, with preferred Agile certifications and project management experience.
