Description

CACI is seeking a full-time Scrum Master to facilitate agile teams, focusing on operations/service delivery and Oracle ERP solutions. The role involves coaching teams, managing PI planning, leading ceremonies like iteration planning and retrospectives, removing impediments, collaborating with other Scrum Masters, and supporting the release process. The ideal candidate will have strong delivery skills, a bachelor's degree, and extensive experience in Scrum.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: five years of related experience
three years’ experience leading a Scrum team
Preferred Qualifications: Experience writing JQL
Moderate to strong level of proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel and/or Visio)
Experience working in Serena tool suite (SBM, Dimension CM, Dimension RM, ALM)
Experience developing dashboard in PowerBI and/or eazyBI
Exposure to or experience working in a waterfall project or program
Experience with test automation techniques and tools
Experience with continuous deployment models
Prior Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion ERP experience supporting Federal Financial Management programs
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, information exchanges, data warehouse.
