Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Scrum Master for its Navy Distributed Operations team in Austin, Texas. The role leads up to two cross-functional agile product teams, conducts Scrum ceremonies, tracks metrics, removes blockers, supports release planning and system design, coordinates with government product owners and stakeholders, prepares leadership briefings, and documents customer expectations. Candidates must be able to obtain an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, have experience managing agile teams, understand Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile, and hold a bachelor’s degree or five additional years of relevant experience. The proposed salary range is $82,700 to $173,900 USD, with up to 10% local travel.
