Description
Concept Plus is hiring an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery for one or more Integrated Teams supporting Oracle eBusiness applications hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The role coordinates development and sustainment activities, manages Scrum ceremonies and product backlogs, supports on-site and remote personnel, tracks delivery metrics, and ensures alignment with DoD IT, cybersecurity, quality, and government reporting requirements. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, have at least five years of Scrum Master or agile team lead experience on DoD or Federal IT programs, hold an active CSM certification, and possess an active DoD Secret clearance and an IAT-II or higher certification.
