Conclusion Low Code Company is hiring a Scrum Master for Mendix projects. The role works with clients in complex organizations, facilitates Scrum events, coaches teams in Agile practices, removes impediments, manages organizational and team dynamics, supports the Product Owner, and monitors project risks and quality. The position requires at least four years of Scrum Master or comparable IT process experience, a completed HBO degree, strong Agile and facilitation skills, and willingness to travel. It is a one-year fixed-term contract with 32 or 40-hour options, a gross monthly salary of €4,500–€6,000, a bonus scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
