Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the ramp-up of a new team and establish effective Agile practices in a distributed environment. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team, supporting planning and delivery, resolving conflicts, removing impediments, monitoring progress, and aligning with SAFe and other organizational Agile processes. Candidates need a relevant university degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of Scrum or similar Agile experience, distributed-team experience, and SAFe knowledge.
