Description
The Scrum Master facilitates Agile and SAFe ceremonies, removes impediments, manages dependencies and risks, tracks sprint commitments and delivery metrics, supports backlog refinement and release planning, and promotes continuous improvement across software development teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, recognized Scrum or SAFe certification, collaboration with product and technical stakeholders, and an active Secret clearance. The posted salary range is $125,000 to $135,000 USD.
