Description
The Scrum Master will support 2–3 product teams in a scaled development environment with 11 development teams, representing agile values and owning Scrum and Kanban methods. The role acts as a sparring partner for developers, Product Owners, and leaders; shapes team and cross-team structures; enables efficient development for customer solutions; removes obstacles; promotes collaboration; and supports change processes. Candidates need an IT degree or comparable qualification, several years of Scrum Master experience, broad agile-method expertise, and strong communication and facilitation skills.
