Description
The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support technology teams in applying agile practices, manage impediments and dependencies, track sprint objectives, collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog management, communicate with stakeholders, and report progress and risks. The role requires university studies in a relevant field, prior experience in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or related technology project management roles, software development experience, knowledge of Scrum and agile frameworks, Scrum Master certification, proficiency with project management tools, and strong communication and analytical skills.
