iCallidus is hiring a full-time Scrum Master to lead Agile software development teams through sprint planning, backlog grooming, ceremony facilitation, blocker removal, and collaboration with Product Owners. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of project management experience, significant Scrum Master experience, Agile and JIRA/Confluence knowledge, and CSM or PSM certification.
