Interzero is hiring a Scrum Master in Cologne to facilitate Scrum events, support Product Owners and development teams, remove impediments, coach agile practices, and promote continuous improvement in digital product development. The role requires at least five years of practical Scrum Master experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, knowledge of software development and DevOps, experience with collaboration tools, and very good German and English skills. The position offers flexible working, including the option to work partly remotely.
