Description
KBR is hiring an on-site Scrum Master for its National Security Solutions team supporting Air Force Research Laboratory projects. The role leads Scrum and Agile practices, coaches teams, removes impediments, supports the product owner, resolves conflicts, and maintains Jira and Confluence boards. Required qualifications include a Secret clearance with Top Secret and SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of Scrum Master experience focused on Air Force acquisition programs or similar DoD systems, prior Scrum-team experience, and three years each with Jira or GitLab and Confluence. The position requires less than 10% travel and standard core hours of 0800–1600.
