Description
The Scrum Master will lead multiple Scrum teams in sprint or Kanban environments, facilitate ceremonies, coach teams toward self-organization, support Product Owners with backlog and prioritization, maintain Agile reporting, resolve impediments, and use Jira. The role requires a bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, Scrum Master certification, at least five years of Scrum Master or Product Owner experience in software development, Jira experience, and proven experience coaching teams new to Agile and Scrum.
