LTS is hiring a remote Scrum Master in the United States to support Agile delivery teams modernizing mission-critical healthcare systems and enterprise applications for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, managing backlogs and impediments, tracking delivery metrics, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting release planning and Agile documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of Scrum Master experience, knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and experience with enterprise IT, software development, or healthcare modernization initiatives.
