Description
The Scrum Master supports agile project execution at Magpie by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching product owners and teams, tracking delivery metrics, removing impediments, improving workflows, coordinating releases and stakeholder activities, and aligning sprint work with business objectives, customer needs, risk, quality, compliance, and operational constraints. The role requires a bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience; experience with health or federal/state programs, agile certifications, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
