Description
McKesson Compile is hiring a Scrum Master (P3) to lead end-to-end delivery for a single Scrum team within Ontada’s Technology Solutions portfolio. The role owns sprint and release planning, backlog readiness, stakeholder communication, risk and governance, testing readiness, release coordination, and continuous improvement across product, engineering, UX, QA, and release management. It requires at least four years of relevant experience, expertise in Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, strong executive communication, and proficiency with Jira and related collaboration tools.
