Description
TD SYNNEX is hiring a Lead Scrum Master to build, coach, and lead up to three high-performing Agile teams in a SAFe environment. The role owns Agile delivery practices, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, manages backlogs with Product Owners, leads Scrum of Scrums, removes impediments, and provides Agile coaching across the organization. Candidates need at least five years of Agile/Scrum experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and Scrum or SAFe certification. The position may be based at the Clearwater corporate office or a reseller location, requires on-call availability and some travel, and offers elective benefits and professional development opportunities.
