Two Six Technologies is hiring a Scrum Master to lead cross-functional Agile development teams focused on cybersecurity technology enhanced by artificial intelligence and machine learning. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming, estimation, and impediment resolution, while gathering requirements from end users and partner organizations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least three years of Scrum Master experience with Jira or Confluence, and at least five years of Agile software development life cycle experience. The Scrum Master must work on-site in Arlington, Virginia, two to three times per week, and must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance of up to TS/SCI.
