Description
The Scrum Master will guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality, business-critical products by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams and stakeholders, monitoring delivery and Agile metrics, communicating progress and risks, and promoting continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least four years of technology development experience, strong Agile and project-management-tool knowledge, and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment. The base salary is $112,480 to $146,540, with eligibility for bonus and long-term incentive compensation and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
